The following fees have been established by the City Council pursuant to various provisions of the San Leandro Municipal Code (SLMC), San Leandro Administrative <br />Code (SLAG) or the general laws of the State of California. <br />Desch tion Ciurent Fee Reference <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT -Building Regulations Division <br />d. Minor Kitchen Remodel Permit: a. Single kitchen or bath remodel (permit to include <br />(Limited to work without framing changes.) electrical, plumbing, mechanical ventilation and <br />appliances) $335 <br />b. Additional bath remodel when concurrent with kitchen <br />or bath remodel within the same structure and at <br />same time $115.00 <br />e. Plan Checking <br />Plan checking fee shall be paid at the time of application for a building permit.
