EXHIBIT A-2 <br />DETAILS OF DELIVERABLES <br />The City of San Leandro has a standard title block and standard size sheet (22"x34"}. The <br />contractor shall use both for all sheets of the plans. <br />Standard plans that are referenced on this project shall be included on the plan sheets of the <br />construction documents. Details will be provided in ".tif ' format, they shall be inserted into <br />electronic files and printed without changes. <br />Dimensions shall be buildable. Concrete shall not be dimensioned tighter than %2" in plan and <br />i/a" vertical. Structural wood including all stud walls shall not be dimensioned tighter than '/4" <br />Structural steel shall not be dimensioned tighter than ll8". Finish work excepted. <br />Details, plans, elevations, etc. shall be arranged and numbered on the sheets in a regular <br />consistent pattern. <br />Specifications shall be written and printed with times new roman font at 11 point minimum. <br />Items to be precast or prefabricated shall be so noted on plans. Plans shall differentiate between <br />field welding and shop welding. <br />All plans shall be drafted in accordance with Contractor's CAD standards. Text shall not be <br />written over lines or other text. Existing items/work/features shall be clearly labeled as such. <br />Text shall plot at 3/32" tall minimum. Details shall not be called as similar unless the actual <br />detail clearly notes what occurs at the similar location. Details shall be cut with the proper <br />orientation. Details with reverse orientation shall be noted as OH (opposite hand) on the <br />drawings. Words shall be completely spelled out unless an abbreviation is defined on the <br />drawings. <br />Drawings shall be drawn with a computer aided drafting program. Files submitted shall be <br />compatible with AutoDesk AutoCAD. <br />Specifications shall be written with a computer ward processing program.
