EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />1.0 DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT <br />Contractor shall provide design services for renovations to existing pool facility located <br />at the San Leandro Boys and Girls Club at 401 Marina Boulevard in San Leandro, CA. <br />• Renovation of the existing pool to include a ramped entry, four lap lanes, <br />waterslide feature and an attached splash down area <br />• Building addition to enclose waterslide (depending on available budget) <br />• Enhanced exterior patio area capable of supporting a future wet playground <br />feature <br />• Building addition to provide entry lobby and aquatic supervisor office <br />• Total project cost is $1.1 million; estimated construction cost is approximately <br />$770,000 <br />• Project scope will be adjusted as necessary to meet project budget <br />2.0 SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />2.1 Design Team: <br />Contractor has proposed the following architects and design consultants and sub- <br />consultants. The Contractor shall be responsible to the City for the accuracy, quality and <br />performance of all subcontracted work; as well as to ensure coordination between all <br />design disciplines. Other subcontractors may not be substituted without concurrence <br />from the City.
