Title 24 of the California Administrative Code, and Title 22 of the California Health and <br />Safety Code. <br />Plans will require approval from the Alameda County Health Department, the Alameda <br />County Fire Department, and the City of San Leandro Building and Planning <br />Departments. <br />2.3 Format of Deliverables: <br />All submittals and deliverables described below shall conform to the following: <br />• All drawings shall be made available to the City of San Leandro in AutoCAD <br />2000 format <br />• Specifications and other written materials shall be prepared in Microsoft Word <br />2000 utilizing the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) standard <br />specification format. For proprietary items, contractor shall provide at least two <br />available products or brands as appropriate (comply with "or equal" <br />requirements). <br />• Details shall conform to the City of San Leandro Standard Plans where applicable <br />• Drawings shall be on city standard title block (22" x 34" size) <br />• Provide six copies of all progress /review documents. Progress drawings shall be <br />on bond paper. Progress specifications shall be on double-sided 8.5 x 11 paper <br />• Construction /bid drawings to be submitted on signed vellum sheets. Sheets to be <br />signed by all applicable sub-consultants <br />2.4 Schematic Design: <br />This phase of work will begin with a review of the City Wide Aquatics Needs <br />Assessment, the existing conditions, and the programmatic requirements for the project. <br />The information and direction from City Staff will be utilized to begin development of <br />the facility design in response to the identified criteria. The preliminary pool and <br />building addition designs will be reviewed with the City staff on a minimum of three <br />occasions, as it is being developed to insure their input at timely stages. The facility <br />design will be presented in initial form to the City staff. Comments will be incorporated <br />into the final design, which will then be presented to the City staff for final approval of <br />the design and cost estimate. This phase will result in the following drawings and work <br />products: <br />• Written Descriptive Narrative <br />• Site Plan <br />• Floor Plans <br />• Pool Plans <br />• Exterior Elevations <br />• Colored Perspective Rendering <br />• Exterior Color & Material Sample Board <br />• Detailed Critical Path Design Schedule <br />• Preliminary Cost Estimate <br />• Attendance at One (1) Public Meeting <br />CSA Glass Architects Page 4 of 18 <br />Boys & Girls Club Pool Project No. 150-69-202 <br />
