IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003 - 125 (2318) <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING TITLE 12, CHAPTER 8 OF THE SAN LEANDRO <br />ADMINISTRATIVE CODE RELATING TO STREET TREE POLICY AND PROCEDURE <br />AND TITLE 12, CHAPTER 5 RELATING TO SIDEWALK REPAIR. <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />Section L That Title 12, Chapter 8 of the San Leandro Administrative Code, entitled <br />"Street Tree Policy and Procedure", is hereby repealed and reenacted, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Section 2. That Title 12, Chapter 5 of the San Leandro Administrative Code, entitled <br />"Sidewalk Repair Program", is hereby repealed and reenacted, a copy of which is attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Section 3.
