IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 127 (1943/2119) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR THE <br />JOINT USE OF JOHN MUIR OPEN SPACE SITE <br />An Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for the Joint Use of John Muir Open Space Site <br />by and between the City of San Leandro and the San Leandro Unified School District dated <br />January 3, 2000, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manger has recommended the approval of said Amendment No. 1. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said Amendemnt No. 1 is hereby approved and the execution thereoft is hereby <br />authorized. <br />Introduced by Council Member Santos <br />and passed and adopted this 2 day of June <br />2003, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; <br />Mayor Young ( 7 ) <br />NOES: None ( p ) <br />ABSENT: None (~ ) <br />Attest: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />629479v1 <br />
