L-13 Landscape Site Furniture <br />4.4 Coordination Meetings <br />Contractor shall attend and prepare minutes of three (3) meetings with City staff. <br />These meetings are assumed to occur at the same time as meetings for the East 14~` Street <br />Project. <br />4. S Public Meetings <br />Contractor shall prepare presentation material and attend two special /public meetings. <br />Present Design Report and Schematic Design. The City shall provide public notification. <br />Presentation materials include graphic boards and power point presentation. Consultant <br />will prepare minutes of the meetings. <br />These meetings are assumed to occur at the same time as meetings for the East 14th Street <br />Project. <br />4.6 Comment Response Report <br />Contractor shall meet with City, review draft response to Concept Design Report <br />comment and prepare letter report that will be a compilation of all agency comments with <br />responses cited immediately below each comment. City to provide initial priorities for <br />sizing project to meet City Budgetary constraints. Issue report one week after meeting. <br />4.7 Permitting/Approvals Submittal <br />Project documents shall be submitted by Contractor to permitting and approving agencies <br />as well as all utility companies to continue coordination. <br />4.8 Design Management <br />Contractor shall provide overall project management and maintain effective <br />communications with the City project staff.
