Contractor shall prepare 70% complete construction documents. The layout sheets shall <br />show the utilities and improvement in screened background for coordination purposes. <br />Draft specification shall be provided Estimates of probable construction costs shall be <br />provided with the work defined by same component areas utilized in 30% Submittal. . <br />The plans to be developed shall be the same as those specified in 4.3 above ,with <br />exception that the trash enclosure project as follows: <br />Trash Enclosure: <br />G-1 Title Sheet /Legend /Abbreviations <br />G-2 Key Map /General Notes <br />C-1 Trash Compactor /Trash Facility Site Improvements and Utility Plan <br />C-2 Civil/Structural Details /Demolition Details <br />E-1 Electrical <br />These plans will follow the preparation of a brief conceptual study for the location of the <br />Trash Collection Facility. Three Alternatives will be evaluated. <br />5.2 Coordination Meetings <br />Contractor shall attend and prepare minutes of two (2) meetings with City staff. <br />These meetings are assumed to occur at the same time as meetings for the East 14th Street <br />Project. <br />5.3 Public Meetings <br />These meetings are assumed to occur at the same time as meetings for the East 14th Street <br />Project. <br />Contractor shall prepare presentation material and attend one special/public meetings. <br />Present Design Report and Schematic Design. The City shall provide public notification. <br />Presentation materials include graphic boards and power point presentation.
