Project documents shall be submitted by Contractor to permitting and approving agencies <br />as well as all utility companies to continue coordination. <br />6. 5 Design Management <br />Contractor shall provide overall project management and maintain effective <br />communications with the City project staff. With each monthly invoice, Contractor shall <br />provide a project status report that outlines work completed and budget expenditures, as <br />well as an updated project schedule. <br />Deliverable: Monthly Status Reports <br />7.0 FINAL CONSTRUCTION /BID DOCUMENTS <br />7.1 Final Construction Documents <br />Contractor shall prepare final plans, specifications, and estimate of probable construction <br />costs; suitable for public bidding and addressing comments from all permit and <br />regulatory agencies. <br />The plans to be prepared during this phase are final versions of those listed under 4.1 <br />above. <br />Final plans will be used in the preparation of bid documents by the City. City will issue <br />plans for bidding and advertise. During the bidding phase, contractor to provide <br />assistance clarifying questions and assisting in the preparation of addenda as required. <br />Addendum required to correct design omissions or deficiencies will be prepared at no <br />additional cost. <br />Deliverable: One set wet sealed/signed vellums of entire construction drawings <br />and specification for both of the separate downtown lighting and pedestrian <br />improvements as well as the trash enclosure reconstruction documents. City of <br />San Leandro Building Department permit approval is also required for on the <br />trash enclosure documents. <br />7.2 Coordination Meeting <br />Contractor shall attend and prepare minutes of one (1) meeting with City staff. <br />These meetings are assumed to occur at the same time as meetings for the East 14th Street <br />Project. <br />7.3 Comment Response Report <br />CSA-Winzler and Kelly Page 15 of 30 <br />Downtown Lighting and Pedestrian Enhancements Project No. 961-83-054 <br />
