Issue report one week after meeting. <br />5.5 Permitting/Approvals Submittal <br />Project documents shall be submitted by Contractor to permitting and approving agencies <br />as well as all utility companies to continue coordination. <br />5.6 Design Management <br />Contractor shall provide overall project management and maintain effective <br />communications with the City project staff. With each monthly invoice, Contractor shall <br />provide a project status report that outlines work completed and budget expenditures, as <br />well as an updated project schedule. <br />Deliverable: Monthly Status Reports <br />6.0 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS (100°lo Submittal) <br />6.1 100% Construction Documents <br />Prepare essentially complete plans, specifications, and estimate of probable construction <br />costs. Documents will be based on prior phase approved documents incorporating <br />comments from the City, all review agencies and public. The plans to be prepared during <br />this phase are revised versions of those listed under 4.1 above, <br />Deliverable: Ten (10) copies of 100% PS&E. <br />6.2 Coordination Meetings <br />Contractor shall attend and prepare minutes of two (2) meetings with City staff. <br />These meetings are assumed to occur at the same time as meetings for the East 14th Street <br />Project. <br />6.3 Comment Response Report <br />Contractor shall meet with City, review draft response to 70% Submittal comments and <br />prepare letter report which compiles all agency comments with responses cited <br />immediately below each comment. Contractor and City to confirm project meeting City <br />Budgetary Constraints.
