Deliverables: One set wet sealed/signed vellums of entire construction drawings <br />and specifications. <br />Caltrans approval of encroachment permit <br />PG&E service point agreement <br />City electrical permit <br />7.2 Coordination Meeting <br />Contractor shall attend and prepare minutes of one (1) meeting with City staff. These <br />meetings are assumed to occur at the same time as meetings for the Downtown Area <br />Project. <br />7.3 Comment Response Report <br />Contractor shall meet with City and review draft response to the 100% Submittal <br />comments. Prepare letter report that will be a compilation of all agency comments with <br />responses cited immediately below each comment. Issue report one week after meeting. <br />7.4 Design Management <br />Contractor shall provide overall project management and maintain effective <br />communications with the City project staff.
