.~ . . <br />EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />1. Contractor shall provide the administrative services required by Caltrans, including but not limited to <br />processing the Adopt-A-Highway permit applications. <br />2. Contractor shall provide litter removal services for the Adopter's section(s) of adopted highway <br />according to the guidelines established by Caltrans. <br />3. Contractor shall provide litter removal service between northbound and southbound highway 880 <br />postmiles 21.50 - 24.17 (cross streets: JCT 238 to'/4 mile north of Davis Street) including the Davis <br />Street and Marina Blvd northbound and southbound on/off ramps. This service will be performed four <br />times a month. <br />4. Contractor shall deliver all collected litter to Alameda County Industries in San Leandro for recyclable <br />sorting. <br />5. Contractor shall provide, by the fifth of each month, a schedule of planned litter removal activities for <br />the upcoming month. <br />Consulting Services Agreement between <br />City of San Leandro and Den-Ro--Exhibit A Page 1 of 1 <br />
