shall convene to review the methodology for fiscal year 2003/2004 audit. Offer <br />education to those landlords who are part of the audit and appear to have violated fair <br />housing laws. <br />4. Inform the City of all calls related to housing discrimination within the City <br />boundaries. Provide the City with quarterly written reports on all current San Leandro <br />housing discrimination cases referred for legal action. The reports shall include the <br />following information for all complaints received since the last report or carried over <br />from the last report: address of complaint, date and nature of complaint, action taken, <br />name of attorney/agency handling the complaint, legal status of case, disposition of <br />case and settlement information. The number and nature of complaints, and actions to <br />be taken will be included in the quarterly report. <br />5. Submit quarterly and annual reports using the City's reporting form within 15 <br />days of the end of the quarter on the number of persons served. Quarterly reports shall <br />include a narrative and shall be submitted even if there are no specific numbers to <br />report. The narrative report should describe why no specific numbers are reported. <br />6 Meet with City staff members, officials, commissions, or citizen groups <br />concerning activities specified in this Agreement as requested. <br />7. Make available to the City printed materials suitable for outreach and publicity. <br />8. Develop, advertise and present to San Leandro Landlords atwo-hour <br />educational seminar on Fair Housing. <br />9. Outreach and Education <br />With City assistance, contact all owners of apartment complexes to offer them <br />fair housing training. <br />Provide quarter-y public service announcements. <br />Contact five community groups that provide services for minority communities for <br />presentations on fair housing issues. <br />Distribute 1,200 flyers to libraries, churches, and stores. <br />Twelve fair housing presentations to shelters and civic organizations. <br />10. Offer fair housing presentations (1 hour) to staff and clients of 12 San Leandro <br />social services agencies. <br />11. Submit reimbursement claims using the City's invoice form or comparable form <br />at least quarterly with documentation of claim including copies of time sheets, payroll <br />stubs, DE3 or employment or contract letter for personnel costs, invoices or billings. <br />19 <br />
