EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />1.0 DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT <br />Contractor shall provide design services for replacement of an existing pool facility <br />located at Washington Manor Park in San Leandro, CA. <br />1. Demolition of the existing pools and bathhouse; alternate partially demolishing <br />existing pool house. <br />2. Installation of a new 25 yard x 25 meter pool. <br />3. Recreation pool with waterslide feature. <br />4. New pool house (approx. 5,000 sf). <br />5. Expanded parking lot for an additional 120 cars. <br />6. Associated site work, including utilities and landscaping. <br />7. Subcontractors may not be substituted without concurrence <br />from the City. The Contractor shall use qualified technicians and support staff for <br />the production of other functions to complete the work.
