Topo & Survey will be obtained/provided by City .in electronic media <br />(AutoCAD). <br />8. Security System Design is excluded. Coordination of infrastructure <br />(conduit &backboxes) is included. <br />9. Audio Visual Design is excluded. Coordination of infrastructure (conduit <br />&backboxes) is included. <br />10. TeUData Design is excluded; however, coordination of infrastructure <br />(conduit &backboxes) is included. Design of the TeUData system is <br />available as an additional service. <br />11. During schematic design, contractor shall assess the potential payback and <br />economic benefit of utilizing solar / photovoltaic energy systems. <br />However, detailed design of such energy systems (such as solar- <br />photovoltaic or solar water heating systems or emergency back-up <br />generator) is excluded. <br />12. Green Building Design (LEEDS certification) is excluded. <br />13. Acoustic Engineering is not required. <br />14. Fire sprinkler system will be specified as a design /build system with <br />deferred approval. <br />15.
