Title Sheet <br />The Contractor will prepare a City standard title sheet showing the project name and <br />project location on a Location Map and a Vicinity Map. The Title Sheet will contain a <br />Site Plan at a scale appropriate to allow the entire project to appear. <br />2. General Notes, Abbreviations, and Legends <br />The Contractor will prepare a sheet containing general notes, abbreviations, and legends <br />for the contract drawings. <br />3. Typical Cross Sections <br />The Contractor will prepare typical cross section sheets to show the structural elements of <br />the roadway and the geometric dimensions of the cross section. The cross sections will <br />not show geometric information that is adequately shown on the layout sheets. <br />4 Construction Details <br />The Contractor will prepare project construction details where City of San Leandro <br />standard details do not apply. Where possible, modifications to standard details will be <br />used. Copies of standard details, including City's will be provided on the drawings. <br />Drainage details will be prepared for special drainage structures, channel changes, or <br />modifications to existing structures. Drainage details will be provided. <br />5. Cross Sections <br />The contractor will prepare cross sections at maximum 25' intervals at a scale of 1"=20' <br />horizontal and 1"=2' vertical. Cross sections will show existing conditions within the <br />proposed roadway section plus a minimum of 20' and the proposed roadway section <br />6. Traffic Control Plans <br />The Contractor will prepare a traffic control plan, which will be used during construction <br />to manage and control traffic through the project site. The plan will identify work zones, <br />temporary lanes and striping. It will supplement Caltrans standard plans. <br />7. Roadway Layout Plans/Profiles <br />The Contractor will prepare combined plan layout/profile sheets for the roadway portion <br />of the project.
