ALAMEDA COUNTY CONGESTION MANAGEMENT AGENCY <br />TRANSPORTATION FUND FOR CLEAN AIR (TFCA) <br />APPENDIX A: <br />PROJECT DESCRIl'TION AND PROPOSED EXPENDITURE PLAN AND FINAL <br />MONITORING REPORT REQUIREMENTS <br />Prn~prt Nn~ pa-Al1~A-LiL. <br />Arterial Management: Advance Signal System <br />The project will install a camera at two locations on Marina Boulevard, immediately east and west <br />of the I-880 interchange. The cameras will be connected to the City of San Leandro's Advance <br />Signal System via fiber optics. The cameras will be connected to the Traffic Operations enter <br />where the intersections can be monitored in real time, time lapse video or conventional video, <br />allowing the city to record up to 26 hours of continuous operations. This project will enable City <br />traffic engineers to be more responsive to the changes in traffic demands. <br />Project Schedule: <br />Start. Date: July 1, 2001 <br />Final Monitoring Report Due Date: March 1, 2004 <br />Final Monitoring Report Content: Complete and submit Part 1 of Project Monitoring Form 4, <br />Arterial Management Projects. <br />
