Functions. <br />The functions of the ~Yecutive F3vard shall be as set forth in Section 6.h) and <br />other relevant sections of the Joint Powers Agreement. ~ . <br />7. I•lana~enent Coranittee. <br />a) zn accordance with Section 6.e) o:~ the Joint Powers Agreement, the <br />Executive Board delegates appropriate powers to a management commit- <br />tee. £xcepted.fron this delegation of powers is the authority to; <br />1) Adopt the budge. <br />2) t4alce chan5es in services ar the fee schedule, <br />3) Obligate the parties fii~ancia.7 ly in any way. <br />~) Select the chairman, vice-chairman and r~tbers of ..such management <br />committee. <br />These powers shall Ue exercised only by the Executive Board. <br />f <br />b) The (Management Con~nittee shall consist of seven (7) membors whose- term <br />shall be the same as ~~that of the officers Gf the ~:xecutive 3oard. <br />Their election shall also be accomcp~ished at the same tip as the elec- <br />tion of Board officers. The chairman and vice-ehsirman of the Execu- <br />tive Board shall ue members aF the Management Gonsnittee and shall serve <br />dS its c_ht3irnan and vice-chairman. z~he remaining five r~et~bers shall be <br />
