2.03 Prepare Cost Estimates Total project estimates will be prepared for each option. The estimates will include not only the estimated cost of construction, but also the costs for administration, testing, design, inspection, and other soft costs. 2.04 Committee Meeting #3 The draft alternatives will be presented to the Committee for review and comment. The Committee's direction for any desired revisions will be discussed in the meeting and documented by the consultant. 2.05 Revise Alternatives The draft alternatives plans, other drawings, and project cost estimates will be revised as necessary and rendered in color for presentation. 2.06 PubUc/User Group Meeting The alternatives will be presented to the user group representatives and other interested members of the public in a public meeting. Comments will be noted, summarized, and distributed. 3.0 Draft Report 3.01 Prepare Administrative Draft Project Report An administrative draft project report will be prepared. Refer to sample project report outline elsewhere in this proposal for the content to be included. The report will be submitted to City Staff for distribution. 3.02 Committee Meeting #4 The administrative draft project report will be reviewed and discussed by the Committee. Comments will be summarized and distributed. 3.03 Prepare Project Report The direction received from the Committee and City Staff will be incorporated into the report. The Project Report will be submitted to the City for distribution to project stakeholders and decision-makers. SCIIEDULE.
