That $62,806 of DFSI funds be appropriated for the environmental assessment of the <br />proposed pedestrian/bicycle bridge across the San Leandro Slough and installing handicap <br />ramps at various locations Citywide, <br />That said City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager or his designee to execute <br />and file a TDA grant application and appropriate $62,806 in DFSI funds for bicycle lanes and <br />pedestrian improvements.
