vii. Developer will file reports with the Community Development Director and provide <br />opportunities for site inspections by City staff during the construction period on a quarterly basis. <br />viii. The Developer shall pursue the feasibility of converting up to eight of the one-bedroom <br />units to accommodate larger households. Developer shall also pursue the feasibility of providing up to <br />three units to accommodate households with a maximum income of 25 to 35 % of the median income. <br />ix. All the improvements or work performed by Developer under this agreement will require <br />the submission of detailed plans far review and approva{ to the Community Development Director or <br />designee poor to issuance of building permits. <br />x. All the improvement or work specified in this agreement may be modified by agreement <br />between the Developer and the Development Director so long as the changes are insubstantial compliance <br />with this agreement and the plans attached as Exhibits A1.0, A3.0 and A4. <br />
