PROJECT DELIVERABLES <br />The Contractor shall include conceptual lighting, landscaping and pedestrian improvement plans. <br />The treatment for the West Estudillo/Hays entry shall be incorporated into these three plans as <br />necessary. The plans shall be provided in electronic files and mounted on presentation boards. <br />Alternative plans and details for lighting and pedestrian improvements/furniture will also need to be <br />prepared as part of the design and decision-making process. All three plans shall include the <br />necessary supporting material to convey the proposed improvements, such as narrative descriptions, <br />rendered elevations and details, and product specifications. Preliminary cost estimates shall be <br />prepared for the final plans as well as for the alternative concepts. <br />MEETINGS <br />The Contractor shall plan on having a minimum of five meetings: <br />1. Meet with staff at the site to become familiar with the project area; <br />2. Meet with the Downtown Association and downtown property owners to get public <br />input before developing plans; <br />3. Meet with staff twice during the preparation of the conceptual plans; <br />4. Attend a public outreach meeting organized by City staff. <br />5.
