C. STORM DRAINAGE <br />1. All storm water runoff from the project shall be collected in an underground <br />system and conveyed to an appropriate storm drain system. The Subdivider shall <br />submit Hydrologic and Hydraulic calculations for review and approval of the City <br />Engineer. <br />2. The subdivision shall be graded to allow for the overland release of runoff into <br />Halcyon Drive during a higher than design storm event and/or in the event of total <br />failure of the on-site storm drainage system. <br />D. GRADING, EROSION AND POST-CONSTRUCTION CONTROLS <br />1. Prior to any grading operations, Developer shall submit all information including <br />a Grading Plan accompanied by Soils Engineering and Engineering Geology <br />Reports, in accordance with requirements of the City of San Leandro Municipal <br />Code Title VII, Chapter 12 and obtain a grading permit. <br />2. To control storm water pollution, the Developer shall comply with the regulations <br />and provisions contained in the City's Grading Ordinance, the City's Storm Water <br />Pollution Prevention Permit, and the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination <br />System (NPDES), to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />3. Until such time as all construction for the development has been completed to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer, the Subdivider shall provide current Erosion & <br />Sediment Control Plans, and amended Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans <br />(SWPPPs) for all portions of the site where construction is ongoing. Said Plans <br />shall be submitted to the City Engineer for review and approval on or before <br />September 1 of each calendar year, and shall be fully implemented on or before <br />October 15 of each calendar year. <br />4. During construction the following high standards for sanitation are required: <br />Garbage cans, construction dumpsters, and debris piles shall be removed on a <br />minimum weekly basis. All food related trash items such as wrappers, cans, <br />bottles, and food scraps shall be disposed of in closed containers only and shall be <br />regularly removed from the site. Inspections, conducted as part of the regular <br />construction compliance, will be conducted to ensure compliance of the Subdivider <br />and contractors with this requirement. <br />5. All on-site storm drain inlets must be labeled "No Dumping-Drains to Bay" using <br />approved methods. <br />E. WATER SYSTEM <br />1. Water Service is currently available along Halcyon Drive. The Subdivider shall <br />submit plans approved by EBMUD showing the water service extension, network <br />analysis and looping requirements. <br />City Engineer's Report Page 4 Tract Map 7264 <br />
