C_ Faustino to Oakland Scavenger Company, a corporation, recorded March 26, 1937, in Book 3444, at page 413, Official Records of Alameda County, with the southeastern line of that 50.00 feet wide strip of land, now known as Oavis Street, formerly County Road No. 5952, described in the deed from E. H. Gansberger to J. G, Jennings, recorded March ?_8, 1879, in gook 179 of Deeds, at• page 83. Alameda County Records; thence along the said southeastern line of Davis Street and its southwesterly prolongation, south 70° 59' OZ" west 636.54 feet to a point on a non-tangent curve concave to the northeast, having a radius of 70.00 feet, a radial of said curve to said paint bears south 55° 13' S5" west; thence southeasterly along said curve, through a central angle of 18° 06' 33", a distance of 22.13 feet to a paint on a non-tangent line, a radial of said curve to last said paint bears south 37° 07' 22" west, last said point being also the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence along said non- tangent line, south 70° 59' 02" west, 973.29 feet to the end of said Southerly line, The above described parcel of land contains 9.700 square feet, more or less.
