~ Cleaning and sanitizing basins, metal fixtures, urinals, toilets <br />and trash receptacles. <br />2.19.2 Paper supplies shall be checked and restocked daily <br />as needed. <br />2.19.3 Walls, ceilings, screens and windows shall be <br />cleaned at least monthly. <br />2.19.4 Leaky or malfunctioning fixtures shall be <br />repaired/replaced immediately upon detection. <br />2.19.5 Locking and unlocking of restrooms shall be part of <br />normal opening and closing procedures. <br />2.19.6 Lighting fixtures are to be checked daily with <br />re-tamping of faulty fixtures provided as needed at <br />time of detection. <br />2.20 MAINTENANCE HEADQUARTERS <br />2.20.1 The maintenance headquarters shall be kept clean <br />and neat at all times with all material inventories and <br />supplies stored in a manner in keeping with CAL <br />OSHA, San Leandro Fire Department, and all City, <br />County, State, and Federal regulations. <br />2.20.2 The area shall be locked or otherwise secured when <br />unattended to discourage unauthorized entry. <br />32 <br />
