EXHIBIT "A" <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY <br />This E.Yhibit describes the land subject to the Lease. Lessor intends to <br />undertake a metes and bounds survey and substitute such survey for this Exhibit "A." <br />Lessee agrees to such substitution provided there is no material change in the land <br />subject to the Lease. <br />Notwithstanding anything in the Lease to the contrary, the easterly one-half <br />Parcel 4 as described herein is not subject to the terms of the Lease and shall remain <br />the sole and exclusive property of Lessor, provided, however, Lessor shall permit <br />Lessee to use the easterly one-half of Parcel 4 for all purposes prescribed in the Lease <br />unless and until Lessor determines that such property is necessary far municipal <br />purposes. <br />~:\WPD\CSL\13 o\O 1 WGREE\GOLFCOURWGREE\E: CI-i iB ITA <br />
