EXHIBIT D <br />MAINTENANCE STANDARDS <br />1.0 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: These specifications establish the standard for <br />the grounds maintenance for the City of San Leandro Golf Facility. <br />The operator shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, services and special skills <br />required to perform the landscape and other maintenance as set forth in these <br />specifications, observing acceptable standards as established by the United States <br />Golf Association (U.S.G.A.), and in keeping with the highest standards of quality and <br />performance. <br />NOTE: Any and all references to the role or duties of the authorized City <br />representative do not relieve the operator of any obligation to maintain the golf <br />courses in conformance to the specifications outlined. <br />1.1 SAFETY: Operator agrees to perform all work outlined in this <br />specification in such a manner as to meet all accepted standards for safe <br />practices during the maintenance and operation and to safely maintain <br />equipment, machines, and materials or other hazards consequential or <br />related to the work; and agrees additionally to accept the sole <br />responsibility for complying with all local, County, State or other legal <br />requirements including but not limited to, full compliance with the <br />terms of the applicable O.S.H.A., CAL. O.S.H.A., and C.D.F.A. <br />(California Department of Food and Agriculture) Safety Orders at all <br />times so as to protect all persons, including operators' employees, <br />
