otherwise pre-approved by the Golf Course <br />Operations Manager. <br />2.12.3.5 Repair worn and damaged turf areas as they occur by <br />overseeding or re-sodding to insure playability at all <br />times. Divots are to be sanded daily during the initial <br />tee maintenance operations. Tees are to be <br />maintained in a smooth and playable condition at all <br />times. <br />2.12.3.6 Treat tees for control of insects, disease, weeds and <br />other pests as needed, in a timely manner, to <br />maintain a consistent and healthy playing surface at <br />all times. <br />2.12.3.7 Trash receptacles are to be kept clean and emptied a <br />minimum of once daily. <br />2.12.3.8 A sand container with appropriate dispensing device <br />must be available and filled for use as needed on all <br />3 par tees for the repair of divots by golfers. <br />Maintenance to resand as required. <br />2.12.3.9 Traffic control devices within 100 feet of teeing <br />surfaces will be moved at a frequency which avoids <br />excessive wear and promotes turt cover in irrigated <br />areas. <br />2.12.3.10 Tees are to be overseeded annually utilizing those <br />standards outlined in Section 1.12.1.10 with the <br />24 <br />
