Proclamation Declaring Fire Prevention Week in San Leandro. Deputy Fire Chief Randy Bradley accepted the Fire Prevention Week proclamation presented by Vice Mayor Starosciak. 3. PUBLIC HEARINGS~'ITY COUNCIL Public Hearing Comments are limited to 5 minutes per speaker, subject to adjustment by the Mayor. When you address the City Council, you should fill out a speaker card and submit it to the City Clerk so the order of speakers may be determined and an official record of names and addresses obtained. A. Matter of Resolution Amending Title 6, Chapter 4, Section 6.4.100 of the San Leandro Administrative Code Adding Fine for Boat Launch Ramp Violation. This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above matter, City Manager Hollister gave a brief overview of the matter, and introduced Public Works Services Director Mike Bakaldin. Mr. Bakaldin reported that the proposed resolution would add a $50 fine to the City's fee schedule that would be imposed on boaters who violate the boat launch ramp permit requirement. The Hearing was then opened to the public. There being no comments from the public, and without objection, the Public Hearing was closed. • Resolution No. 2009-133, Resolution Amending Title 6, Chapter 4, Section 6.4.100 of the San Leandro Administrative Code Adding Fine for Boat Launch Ramp Violation (establishes a fine of $50.00 for failure to display either a daily or annual launch permit).
