After an investigation and review, the ADA or 504 <br />Coordinator will respond in writing, and where appropriate in a format accessible to the <br />complainant. The response will explain his/her position on the issue and offer options <br />for substantive resolution of the complaint. <br />If the response by the ADA or 504 Coordinator does not satisfactorily resolve the issue, <br />the complainant and/or his/her designee may appeal the decision in writing to the City <br />Manager within 15 calendar days after receipt of the response. <br />After receiving the appeal, the City Manager or his designee will review the appeal and <br />the ADA Coordinator's findings.
