Timing of projects should coincide with <br />private investment. <br />Removal of dredge material within the dredge material disposal site <br />as required by permit. <br />The project entails installation of new irrigation from existing meters <br />and new landscaping material on Hesperian Blvd from Bayfair Drive <br />to Springlake. <br />Construction of an eight foot wide sidewalk along the western side, <br />adjacent to curb along Leonard Drive from Cherry Grove Park south <br />to Williams Avenue. <br />This project will study the feasibility of adding a parkway strip on East <br />14th Street from Blossom Way to San Leandro Boulevard to give the <br />area more attractive residential character, improve property values <br />and stimulate private investment. The study will be followed by the <br />design of the resulting project. <br />Study the need to rebuild/repair the breakwater and south of the <br />Marina Entrance. <br />Repair and repave existing parking lot at south end of park <br />This project will replace the existing building used for recreational <br />activities with a facility capable of being a community center and <br />classroom to support the community. <br />Construction of walkway from Stenzel Park to Burkhart Avenue on the <br />north side of Wicks Boulevard. <br />The project proposes to enlarge and convert to ADA specifications <br />activity area restrooms in the Boys' Club including new fixtures, tile <br />and partitions.
