Construct Eden Road consistent with the plan line and the construction documents Construct streetscape and site improvements at neighborhood shopping centers such as Windsor Square, Marina Faire, Palma Plaza, and Washington Plaza. Timing of projects should coincide with private investment. Removal of dredge material within the dredge material disposal site as required by permit. The project entails installation of new irrigation from existing meters and new landscaping material on Hesperian Blvd from Bayfair Drive to Springlake. Construction of an eight foot wide sidewalk along the western side, adjacent to curb along Leonard Drive from Cherry Grove Park south to Williams Avenue. This project will study the feasibility of adding a parkway strip on East 14th Street from Blossom Way to San Leandro Boulevard to give the area more attractive residential character, improve property values and stimulate private investment. The study will be followed by the design of the resulting project. Study the need to rebuild/repair the breakwater and south of the Marina Entrance. Repair and repave existing parking lot at south end of park This project will replace the existing building used for recreational activities with a facility capable of being a community center and classroom to support the community. Construction of walkway from Stenzel Park to Burkhart Avenue on the north side of Wicks Boulevard. The project proposes to enlarge and convert to ADA specifications activity area restrooms in the Boys' Club including new fixtures, tile and partitions. (CDBG) The project proposes construction of various improvements within the intersection of Park Street, West Broadmoor, and Apricot Street with San Leandro Boulevard Construct a paved road from the end of the existing parking lot to ball field # 2 at the Pacific Sports Park (SLUSD property). Project provides for the installation of "sound deadening" acoustic tiles to the walls at the Boy's and Girl's Club pool. Construct sidewalk bulb -outs and lighted crosswalks at the intersection of Estudillo Av and Collier This project will fund the City's share to reconstruct residential driveways in street reconstruction areas as mandated by the Council approved policy Rehabilitation of the Boys Club Pool consistent with findings of Aquatic Task Force recommendation This project will eliminate or reduce the use of train horns when trains approach a railroad crossing in the City of San Leandro by installing a permanent audible warning device that automatically sounds as the train approaches the railroad crossing (western most Union Pacific RR (UPRR) line.
