Replace the <br />existing wood system with new updated concrete docking system. <br />This project will provide an analysis of space requirements for <br />proposed expansion of the Public Safety Building to accommodate <br />current staffing levels. <br />Project added back to CIP list for 2005-06 <br />Construct a veteran's memorial around the existing memorial plaque <br />and plinth donated by the Late Councilman Mario Polvorosa's estate. <br />Construct an eight -foot barrier cinder block wall along rear residential <br />property line between K -Mart and Monterey Avenue (directly across <br />the street from the St. Moritz Apartment Building.) Project requested <br />through a signed petition to the Mayor. <br />This project will build a new branch library in the northwestern part of <br />the city to replace the one that was closed down in the 1980's. <br />This project will remove the concert band stage at the Marina <br />Community Center. <br />Replace the existing apparatus cover at the rear of the station with a <br />prefabricated metal building <br />Remodel the fire station kitchen similar to the newly constructed <br />stations including counter tops sink, and cabinetry <br />This project will redesign and reconstruct the City Council Chambers <br />to accommodate a new seating configuration. <br />Construct new 32'x 75' fire training building with classroom and <br />bathrooms. <br />Relocate the existing Fire Training Center to alternate location. <br />This project proposes to demolish the existing bathroom and build <br />new freestanding men and women's bathroom/shower facilities at the <br />existing Fire Training Center. This project is pushed to the out years <br />due to the consolidation and the possibility of this center being <br />relocated. <br />Install left turn indicators at Doolittle Drive approaches to <br />Intersection <br />Concrete curb and surfacing to replace existing rubber curbing <br />Provides for repair of displaced curb and gutter to rectify gutter <br />ponding issues.
