Based on DOE's review of the list of activities that funds can be utilized for <br />under the EECBG Program, DOE has determined that most projects will likely be classified as <br />categorical exclusions. <br />Code Comuliance Review <br />Not applicable. <br />Board/Commission Findings <br />Not applicable. <br />Summary of Public Outreach Efforts <br />Not applicable. <br />Fiscal Impact <br />The Finance Department has set up a separate account for the purpose of expending the grant <br />monies (to date $35,000 has been received to cover consultant and staff costs associated with <br />preparation of the EECS). Payments are made electronically through the Department of <br />Treasury's Automated Standard Application for Payment system. Staff does not anticipate any <br />impacts to the General Fund with granting of program funding and implementation. <br />
