"Written Request of the Agency" or "Written Certificate of the Agency" means a <br />request or certificate, in writing signed by the Treasurer of the Agency or her or his designee, or <br />by any other officer of the Agency or the City duly authorized by the Agency far that purpose. <br />Section 1.03. Rules of Construction. All references herein to "Articles," "Sections" <br />and other subdivisions are to the corresponding Articles, Sections or subdivisions of this <br />Indenture, and the words "herein," "hereof," "hereunder" and other words of similar import refer <br />to this Indenture as a whole and not to any particular Article, Section or subdivision hereof. <br />14 <br />
