The Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, the largest property owner in the Joint Project
<br />Area, operates a chocolate factory on 136th Avenue. General Foods Corporation, the second
<br />largest owner, produces coffee in a plant on Halcyon Drive under the Maxwell House and
<br />Yuban labels. The third largest property owner in the Joint Project Area, AMB Property Corp,
<br />has a warehouse facility on Alvarado Drive. The Peterson Tractor Company is a Caterpillar
<br />equipment dealer, while Georgia Pacific Corporation operates a box manufacturing plant in the
<br />Joint Project Area.
<br />The remaining properties in the table below include three commercial properties, a light
<br />industrial use and an assisted living facility.
