The Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, the largest property owner in the Joint Project <br />Area, operates a chocolate factory on 136th Avenue. General Foods Corporation, the second <br />largest owner, produces coffee in a plant on Halcyon Drive under the Maxwell House and <br />Yuban labels. The third largest property owner in the Joint Project Area, AMB Property Corp, <br />has a warehouse facility on Alvarado Drive.
