The following table lists the ten largest payers of secured property taxes in the West <br />San Leandro Project Area for fiscal year 2009-10. In the West San Leandro Project Area, the <br />2009-10 top ten owners account for 24% of the West San Leandro Project Area's total valuation <br />and 63% of its incremental valuation. The largest owner, AMB Property, has 9% of the West <br />San Leandro Project Area's total valuation with ten warehouse properties. The second-largest <br />property owner in the West San Leandro Project Area, Safeway, operates a milk plant, while <br />BRCP San Leandro, the third-largest property owner, operates a light industrial facility.
