IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2009-167 (1049) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ACQUISITION OF SANITARY SEWER AND STORM <br />DRAIN EASEMENTS RELATING TO THE SANITARY SEWER PIPELINE <br />REPLACEMENT PROJECT 2007-08, PROJECT NO. 07-593-52-211 <br />Recitals <br />Sanitary Sewer and Storm Drain Easements from property owners to the City of San <br />Leandro, copies of which are attached hereto, have been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said easement documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said easements are hereby approved and acceptance by the City is hereby <br />authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Starosciak and passed and adopted this 21St day of <br />December, 2009, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: IjAa" W"�� <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
