IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2009-168 (2500) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO.016-N TO <br />ADMINISTERING AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO. 04-5041R TO <br />ACCEPT FEDERAL FUNDS FOR THE SPRINGLAKE DRIVE ROAD REHABILITATION, <br />PROJECT NO. 150-38-318, FEDERAL-AID PROJECT NO. ESPL-5041 (034) <br />Recitals <br />Program Supplement No. O l 6-N is to be incorporated into that Master Agreement for <br />Federally Funded Projects entered into between the City of San Leandro and the State of California. <br />The City Manager has recommended the execution of said Program Supplement No. 016-N. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said Program Supplement No. 016-N is hereby approved and execution thereof is <br />hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Starosciak and passed and adopted this 21St day of December, <br />2009, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: Y V ~y 1~t~~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
