CITY COUNCIL REPORTS <br /> <br /> <br />A.Reports on Intergovernmental Agencies <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Starosciak reported that the Alameda County Congestion Management <br />Agency (CMA) Board is considering a ballot measure for a vehicle license fee. She also <br />reported that the Alameda County Transportation Improvement Authority (ACTIA) is <br />considering a reauthorization of Measure B. <br /> <br />Councilmember Prola reported that the Alameda County Mosquito Abatement District <br />(ACMAD) is currently experiencing very little mosquito activity. <br /> <br />Councilmember Souza reported that at the last Associated Community Action Program <br />(ACAP) meeting, she was elected Vice Chair of the Board. She also attended the <br />meeting of the Alameda County Fire Commission. <br /> <br />Mayor Santos reported that the East Bay Dischargers Authority will be holding <br />interviews for legal counsel in January. <br /> <br /> <br />B.Reports on Conferences and Seminars <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br /> <br />C.Reports on City Council Committees <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br /> <br />12. Councilmember Reed <br />attended an informative presentation on crime prevention by Officer Kerri Kovach at a <br />Business Association of South San Leandro (BASSL) meeting; the Planning Commission <br />special meeting on Bus Rapid Transit (BRT); the Halcyon-Foothill Home Owners <br />Association Holiday Dinner; and the grand opening of TeachBar at Bayfair Center.
