• Siempre Verde Playground <br />• Toyon Playground <br />• Washington Manor Park Renovation ($555) <br />• Bonaire Picnic Area Repair <br />• Memorial Park Playground <br />• San Leandro Ball Park Locker Room and Restrooms <br />• Cleveland Park Playground <br />• Pacific Sports Complex Road <br />• Thrasher Park Structure <br />Reasoning: Spreading funds around the City -nothing over $750 K; Focus on children and seniors; <br />Infrastructure to reduce maintenance costs; Emphasize existing, traditional parks; Dissent between the <br />pools; Farrelly, San Leandro High School and SLFAC. <br />Red Group report out: <br />Projects: 3 out of the 6 wanted the pool. The group was at a standstill as the other 3 were concerned <br />about maintenance costs and city wide benefit. <br />The group agreed to list the pool and then all 6 worked on another option which are listed in priority <br />order: <br />• Toyon Park Playground <br />• San Leandro Ball Park Restrooms and Lockers <br />• All Parks rehabilitation of walkways <br />• Pacific 1 and 2 Bleachers <br />• Skate park resurface <br />• Siempre Verde Playground <br />• Marina Par Course <br />• Chabot Park Playground <br />Their suggested changes to the projects were; Siempre Verde -fix only the playground and not the <br />picnic area; Par Course -fix the paths but not the equipment; Chabot Park -only build a new <br />playground structure. <br />Reasoning: Safety and City Wide Benefits. They did not want the synthetic field at Muir due to potential <br />health hazards. <br />"Hello" Blue Group report out: <br />Projects: 3 out of the 6 wanted the pool. The other three had other interests. Those that wanted the <br />pool wanted it listed and wanted to be able to have a say in what the priorities were if the pool was not <br />built. <br />The group agreed to list the pool and then all 6 worked on another option which is listed in priority <br />order: <br />+ Toyon Park Playground <br />• Skate Park resurfacing <br />• Dog Park (option 1, $312) <br />
