O. Any trash area must be roofed and the surrounding grade shall be sloped away .from the enclosure so that storm water does not enter the enclosure. P. Applicant shall show all easements on the plan. Structures shall not encroach into any easement. Q. Applicant shall mark all on-site storm drain inlets with the words "No Dumping! Flows to Bay". R. Interior floor drains shall not be connected to the storm drain system. S. Applicant shall ensure that all fabrication and demolition activities are performed either indoors or in roofed outdoor areas. Debris resulting from pressure washing shall be trapped and collected to prevent entry into the storm drain system. Wash water containing any soap, cleaning agent or degreaser shall not be discharged to the storm drain. W. The new landscaping on the frontage of 2140 Davis St shall be designed to collect and treat storm water run-off from the adjacent parking area unless said runoff is treated by another filter system. X. Applicant shall include Pavement arrows and direction signs at driveways and all on-site circulation routes, and parking aisles, including identifying one-way or two-way circulation routes. Applicant shall revise and resubmit the drawing for review prior to issuance of the building permit. Y. Parking layouts shall be in compliance with City's Parking Standards as shown on Drawing Numbers 600 (Parking Standards) and 602 (Handicapped Parking) of the City of San Leandro Standard Plan. Additionally, total number of handicapped parking spaces shall follow the ADA standards. Applicant shall revise and resubmit the drawing for review prior to issuance of the building permit. Parking stall widths, vehicle lengths, aisle widths, and parking module widths shall follow the Standard Plan.
