O. Any trash area must be roofed and the surrounding grade shall be sloped away .from <br />the enclosure so that storm water does not enter the enclosure. <br />P. Applicant shall show all easements on the plan. Structures shall not encroach into <br />any easement. <br />Q. Applicant shall mark all on-site storm drain inlets with the words "No Dumping! <br />Flows to Bay". <br />R. Interior floor drains shall not be connected to the storm drain system. <br />S. Applicant shall ensure that all fabrication and demolition activities are performed <br />either indoors or in roofed outdoor areas. If performed outdoors, the area shall be <br />designed to prevent run-on to and runoff from the area with process activities. <br />T. Applicant shall grade all depressed loading docks to minimize run-on to and runoff <br />from the loading area. All runoff depressed loading docks shall be drained to <br />landscaped areas or filtered per c.3 requirements. <br />U. Fire sprinkler test water may drain to the sanitary sewer system if a permit is <br />obtained or shall drain to landscaped areas. <br />V. Sidewalks and parking lots shall be swept regularly to minimize the accumulation <br />of litter and debris. Steam cleaning or low volume pressure washing may be <br />performed only after pre-cleaning using dry methods, spot cleaning and recover in <br />stained areas and removal of all mobile pollutants. Debris resulting from pressure <br />washing shall be trapped and collected to prevent entry into the storm drain <br />system. Wash water containing any soap, cleaning agent or degreaser shall not be <br />discharged to the storm drain. <br />W. The new landscaping on the frontage of 2140 Davis St shall be designed to collect <br />and treat storm water run-off from the adjacent parking area unless said runoff is <br />treated by another filter system. <br />X. Applicant shall include Pavement arrows and direction signs at driveways and all <br />on-site circulation routes, and parking aisles, including identifying one-way or <br />two-way circulation routes. Applicant shall revise and resubmit the drawing for <br />review prior to issuance of the building permit. <br />Y. Parking layouts shall be in compliance with City's Parking Standards as shown on <br />Drawing Numbers 600 (Parking Standards) and 602 (Handicapped Parking) of the <br />City of San Leandro Standard Plan. Additionally, total number of handicapped <br />parking spaces shall follow the ADA standards. Applicant shall revise and <br />resubmit the drawing for review prior to issuance of the building permit. Parking <br />stall widths, vehicle lengths, aisle widths, and parking module widths shall follow <br />the Standard Plan. The 90-degree parking near the two northerly driveways on <br />the west side of Doolittle Drive and Non-Ferrous Scrap Purchasing shall have 9-ft <br />stall width, 18.5-ft vehicle length, and 24-ft aisle width.) <br />Agreement to Conditions November 3, 2009 <br />PLN2009-00016 Page 8 of 10 <br />
