MINUTES Page 11 <br />City of San Leandro City Council and San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Joint Meeting-February 1, 2010 <br />to the White House, and were briefed by top White House staff. He commented that he <br />would like to see the Chamber of Commerce develop a teen jobs program and fmd ways to <br />put more young people to work. Mayor Santos commented on an article from January 2004 <br />regarding proposed budget reductions, and noted the similarities in the budget situations then <br />and now. Mayor Santos announced that tonight's meeting would be adjourned in memory of <br />Dorothy J. Scribner, a local businesswoman who worked with the San Leandro <br />Redevelopment Agency to develop the Scribner Center at Parrott and Washington. <br />13.
