IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2010-025 (2926) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPROPRIATION OF PARK DEVELOPMENT FUNDS <br />FOR FIXTURES, FURNISHINGS, AND EQUIPMENT (FF&E) RELATED TO THE SENIOR <br />CENTER PHASE 2 IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO.06-210-18-116 <br />Recitals <br />The City Manager has recommended that the said funds be incorporated in the Senior <br />Center Phase 2 Project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That pursuant to Chapter 4-27 of the City of San Leandro Municipal Code, the Senior <br />Center is hereby designated as a Parks and Recreation facility of the City of San Leandro; and <br />That an appropriation of funds be made from Park Development Funds in the amount of <br />$300,000. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Starosciak and passed and adopted this 1st day of March, <br />2010, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: - G~ti~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
