IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2010-028 (2648) <br />RESOLUTION TERMINATING A LOCAL EMERGENCY WITHIN THE <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO DUE TO THE THREAT TO THE PUBLIC HEALTH FROM THE <br />H1N1 INFLUENZA VIRUS <br />WHEREAS, the California Department of Public Health has determined that the cases of <br />H1N1 Influenza Virus have declined to a sporadic level in California; and <br />WHEREAS, the County of Alameda has suspended its emergency proclamation for the <br />H1N1 Influenza Virus. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, <br />CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE that a local emergency in the City of San Leandro <br />is terminated. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Starosciak and passed and adopted this 15th day of March, <br />2010, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Prola, Starosciak, Stephens; Mayor Santos (4) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers Gregory, Reed, and Souza (3) <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
