urban <br />Habitat <br />• Plans to monitor and assist renters in foreclosed properties (Action <br />56.06-C). <br />• Consideration of a "Just Cause" eviction ordinance (Action 56.07-B) that <br />would go far in improving renters' rights. <br />These are all very commendable and we offer our active support for these <br />policies/actions. <br />In conclusion, we'd like to thank the city for its hard and thoughtful work in creating <br />the 2007-2014 Housing Element.
