CITY OF SAN LEANDRO MEMORANDUM DATE: Apri17, 2010 TO: Business and Housing Development Committee FROM: Cynthia Battenberg, Business Development Manager VIA: Elmer Penaranda, Senior Development Specialist SUBJECT: Redevelopment Advisory Committee (RAC) Update Background In July 2009, the Redevelopment Agency adopted a resolution to create a new Redevelopment Advisory Committee (RAC) to provide input on proposed plans, projects, policies and priorities in all three project areas (Plaza, Joint Alameda County-City of San Leandro, and West San Leandro/MacArthur Boulevard) and on housing issues. The RAC's priority has been to provide input on the draft 2010-2014 Five Year Implementation Plan. Appointments The individuals listed below were appointed to the RAC. 1. Barbara M.
