IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2010-050 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS - <br />SIDEWALK 09-10 PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 09-150-36-289 <br />Pursuant to a contract between the City and RP Engineering Contractors dated December <br />21, 2009 by Resolution No. 2009-166, the Pedestrian Improvements-Sidewalk 09-10 Project <br />Number 09-150-36-289 is complete. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans, specifications and to the <br />satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore recommends that <br />said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2.
