Resolution No. 2010-048, Resolution Approving a Contractual Services Agreement <br />Between the City of San Leandro and Valley Crest Landscape Maintenance for <br />Boulevard Yarwood Sycamore Tree Trimming (provides for annual tree trimming of <br />Yarwood Sycamore trees on major boulevards and adjacent side streets at $56,620.00, <br />equivalent to $47.50 per tree). <br />E. Resolution No. 2010-049, Resolution Amending Title 12, Chapter 8, Section 12.8.105 <br />of the San Leandro Administrative Code Relating to Street Tree Policy (increases the <br />tree planting fee from $0.00 to $100.00 per tree for Fiscal Year 2010-11 to cover part of <br />the cost of offering a tree planting service to residents). <br />F. Resolution No. 2010-050, Resolution Accepting the Work for Pedestrian <br />Improvements -Sidewalk 09-10 Project, Project No. 09-150-36-289 (provides for <br />acceptance of work from RP Engineering Contractors, filing of Notice of Completion, <br />and release of bonds). <br />G. Resolution No. 2010-051, Resolution Approving Acquisition of Various Easements <br />Required for the Sanitary Sewer Repair Program (authorizes the City Manager or <br />designee to negotiate with property owners for easements over segments of several <br />private properties as required for the Sanitary Sewer Repair Program). <br />H. Resolution No. 2010-052, Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Approve Plans <br />and Specifications and Call for Bids for the Toyon Park Playground Sitework (provides <br />for renovation of Toyon Park). <br />9.
