1N THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2010-068 <br />RESOLUTION REPEALING AND RE-ENACTING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 1 OF THE SAN <br />LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE RELATED TO CITY OF SAN LEANDRO 457(b) <br />DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN, AS AMENDED AND RESTATED <br />WHEREAS, the City established a Deferred Compensation Plan ("Plan") in 1983 and <br />codified the Plan as Title 10, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Administrative Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to amend and restate the Plan to reflect recent legislative <br />changes and prior Plan operation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That Title 10, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Administrative Code entitled "Deferred <br />Compensation Plan" is hereby repealed. <br />2. That a new Title 10, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Administrative Code entitled <br />"City of San Leandro 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan," a copy of which is attached hereto and <br />made a part hereof, is hereby re-enacted. <br />3.
