Heron Bay -Engineer's Report FY 2010-11 3 June 21, 2009 <br />Previous City Council Action(s) <br />• On July 17, 1996, by Resolution No. 96-118, the City Council established the Heron Bay <br />Maintenance Assessment District <br />• On June 15, 2009, by Resolution Nos. 2009-085 and 2009-086, the City Council accepted the <br />Engineer's Report and ordered the levy and collection of the assessment for FY 2009-10 <br />Fiscal Impact <br />• The activities of this Maintenance Assessment District have no fiscal impact on the City <br />• All administrative and maintenance costs associated with the District are included in the <br />proposed assessments <br />CONCLUSION <br />Staff recommends adopting the resolutions approving the Annual Engineer's Report for FY <br />2010-11 and levying the assessments for the Heron Bay Maintenance Assessment District, <br />Assessment District No. 96-3. <br />G:\ Admin\COUNCIL\2010\6 JLJN 21\Heron Bay Assessment - APPR\HERON BAY ACC ENG REP 2010 MEM.Doc <br />
